Payment Variance Services:

How to Recover Revenue from Underpaid claims OR handle credit balances where the insurance truly has overpaid!

What is Payment Variance?

Payment variance is the difference between what you expect an insurer to pay you on a claim and what they ultimately pay. Payment variance is most commonly from an underpayment.

You should never ignore payment variance. Recurring underpayment results in revenue loss, while overpayment can cause legal problems. You may be subject to potential Civil Monetary Penalties Law liability, False Claims Act liability, and exclusion from federal healthcare programs if you don't report and return the overpayment within 60 days after the date on which the overpayment was identified.

Let our team of experts in payment variances help your organization! Our fee is based on an hourly rate of $40 per hour.
